I have been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. My entire career has been selling homes in the Willis/Conroe/Montgomery area, the very place I grew up. During this time, I have had the privilege of helping many clients achieve the ultimate goal of homeownership. I not only work with buyers & investors, but have also listed many homes for clients that were upgrading, relocating, or finding themselves with an estate situation. The first experience I had in real estate was as an office manager for a real estate appraisal/sales company and this created my interest in becoming a residential appraiser and Realtor. With my extensive real estate knowledge, I can help you with a land purchase, construction of a new home, a remodel project, resale, or even investment properties. The decisions that are made during a real estate transaction can be costly and confusing that is why I deal with things in a simple manner and with no pressure. I pride myself in “honesty is the best policy” approach and try to treat all of my customers as I would my own family. This is why my goal is to have “clients (friends too) for life” and will do all that I can to earn your trust and keep it. I am proud to say that a high percentage of my business comes from referrals.
